§ 42-28.6-3. Disclosure of personal information.
No law enforcement officer shall be required or requested to disclose any item of the officer’s property, income, assets, source of income, debts, or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of the officer’s family or household) unless that information is necessary in investigating a possible conflict of interest with respect to the performance of the officer’s official duties, or unless the disclosure is required by law.
