§ 42-28.1-3. Incentive steps.
(a) Advancement to each of the incentive salary steps shall be based on a point system as set forth in § 42-28.1-4 and shall be accomplished as follows:

(b) Except that the state fire marshal and the deputy state fire marshals may be granted credit for a degree with a concentration in fire science.
