RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 143 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective May 23, 1995, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Senate Commission to Study Alternative Fuels Electric Recharging Vehicles, and Related Taxation" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 7, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 7, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 143 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective May 23, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
