It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 31-10-6 of the General Laws, due to the severe medical disabilities of the parents of Kaylee Ryan of the town of Narragansett, the requirement that she hold a limited license permit for a period of six (6) months as a requirement of the issuance of a limited provisional license is reduced to three (3) months.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
