It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 42-72-31 of the General Laws in Chapter 42-72 entitled "Children, Youth, and Families Department" is hereby amended to read as follows:
42-72-31. Judge Angelo G. Rossi Memorial Building. --
{DEL That building located at the Rhode Island training school
formerly known as Summit House shall hereafter be named and known
as the Judge Angelo G. Rossi Memorial Building. DEL} {ADD That
building located at the Rhode Island Training School which houses
the Training School's educational program shall hereafter be named
and known as the Judge Angelo G. Rossi Memorial Building. ADD}
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
