J O I N T   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY EARLY INTERVENTION SCREENING AND TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 199 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study Early Intervention Screening And Treatment Of Children With Autism" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before April 2, 1998, and said commission shall expire on June 2, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 199 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
