AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows

SECTION 1. Chapter 23-4.1 of the general laws entitled "Emergency Medical Transportation Services" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

{ADD 23-4.1-17. Advertising services. -- {ADDAny licensee licensed pursuant to this chapter shall include in any advertising of its services that is directed to the general public the following language: "In case of medical emergency dial 911." ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
