AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCES -- HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES -- NEW CANCER THERAPIES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 301 of the 1994 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating to Insurances -- Health Insurance Policies -- New Cancer Therapies" is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 5. This act shall take effect on January 1, 1995 and shall sunset on December 31, 1996 .

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
