It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. {ADD Notwithstanding any provisions in Title 30, entitled "Military Affairs and Defense", Saint James Baptist Church, Inc., is hereby permitted to purchase the real property known as the Woonsocket National Guard Armory from the State of Rhode Island for the sum of one dollar ($1.00). ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
