AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF PORTSMOUTH

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real property known as Tax Assessor Map 75, Lot 69 and Map 77, Lot 109 on Tax Assessor Maps of the town of Portsmouth shall be exempt from real estate property taxes.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
