It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Sections 41-5-9 of the General Laws in Chapter 41-5 entitled "Boxing and Wrestling" is hereby amended to read as follows:

{ADD 41-5-9. Attendance of judges -- Decision. -- ADD} The division of racing and athletics may, in its discretion, require the attendance at any boxing or sparring match or exhibition of three (3) judges licensed by the division whose duty it shall be to render a decision at the termination of the boxing or sparring match or exhibition. {ADD The decision shall be reached by the judges using the "Ten Point Must System" as the standard of judgement for all decisions. ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
