It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15-15-6 of the General Laws in Chapter 15-15 entitled "Domestic Abuse Prevention" is hereby amended to read as follows:
{ADD 15-15-6. Form of complaint. -- ADD} (A) A form in substantially the following language shall suffice for the purpose of filing a complaint under this chapter:
