It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee on Naming New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

{ADD 22-7.4-37. The Ralph L. Rathier Bridge. -- ADD} {ADD The Stillwater Road bridge over the Woonasquatucket River (State bridge No. 949) in the town of Smithfield, shall hereafter be named and known as the Ralph L. Rathier Bridge. ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
