It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Title 42 of the General Laws entitled "State Affairs and Government" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following chapter:

{ADD THE ZYGMUNT J. FRIEDEMANN TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUILDING ADD}{ADD 42-123-1. E-911 communications building. -- ADD} {ADD The E-911 communications building, located at 1951 Smith Street in the town of North Providence shall hereafter be named and known as the Zygmunt J. Friedemann Telecommunications Building. ADD}
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
