| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 378 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 13, 2024, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Renewable Energy |
| Programs”, and as extended and amended by resolution No. 141 passed by the Senate at its |
| January session, A.D., 2025, and approved March 11, 2025, entitled “Senate Resolution |
| Extending the Reporting Date and Amending the Language of the Special Legislative |
| Commission to Study Renewable Energy Programs” and as further extended and amended by |
| resolution No. 374 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved June 20, |
| 2025, entitled “Senate Resolution Extending the Reporting Date and Amending the Language of |
| the Special Legislative Commission to Study Renewable Energy Programs” is hereby further |
| authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before January 31, 2027, |
| and said commission shall expire on February 27, 2027; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 374 passed by the |
| Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved June 20, 2025, be and the same is hereby |
| rescinded. |
