| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE LEGISLATIVE STUDY COMMISSION ON CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACTS AND SOLUTIONS |

| RESOLVED, That the special House commission created by resolution No. 361 passed |
| by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 11, 2024, |
| entitled "House Resolution Creating a Legislative Study Commission On Climate Change |
| Impacts and Solutions," as further amended by resolution No. 161 passed by the House of |
| Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved March 18, 2025, entitled "House |
| Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates and Amending the Membership of the |
| Legislative Study Commission on Climate Change Impact and Solutions," is hereby authorized to |
| continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before May 14, 2029, |
| and may issue interim reports as the commission deems fit or recommends as appropriate prior to |
| that date, and said commission shall expire on June 18, 2029; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 361 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 11, 2024, and as |
| extended by resolution No. 161 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, |
| A.D. 2025, and approved March 18, 2025, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
