| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POTENTIAL CHANGES IN LEGISLATION/OVERSIGHT OF THE ACT ON CLIMATE |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 313 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved May 15, 2025, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and Provide |
| Recommendations for Potential Changes in Legislation/Oversight of The Act on Climate" is |
| hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before October 1, |
| 2026, and said commission shall expire on November 1, 2026; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 313 passed by the |
| Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved May 15, 2025, be and the same is hereby |
| rescinded. |
