| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CREATION OF A STATEWIDE WHOLE-HOME REPAIRS PROGRAM |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 380 |
| passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved June 18, |
| 2025, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and |
| Provide Recommendations for the Creation of a Statewide Whole-Home Repairs Program" is |
| hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or |
| before June 30, 2026, and said commission shall expire on August 30, 2026; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 380 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved June 18, 2025, be and |
| the same is hereby rescinded; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the composition of said House commission is hereby amended by |
| substituting the Executive Director of Rhode Island Housing, or designee, with the Secretary of |
| the Rhode Island Department of Housing, or designee. |
