| REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICIES THAT DEAL WITH NUMEROUS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SHORT-TERM RENTALS ISSUES |

| RESOLVED, That the special House commission created by resolution No. 422 passed |
| by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 14, 2023, |
| entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO |
| REVIEW AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICIES THAT DEAL WITH |
| NUMEROUS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SHORT-TERM RENTALS ISSUES" and as |
| extended and amended by Resolution No. 284 passed by the House of Representatives at its |
| January session, A.D. 2024, and approved May 15, 2024, entitled “HOUSE RESOLUTION |
| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATIONS DATES AND AMENDING THE |
| PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND PROVIDE |
| RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICIES THAT DEAL WITH NUMEROUS ECONOMIC |
| AND SOCIAL SHORT-TERM RENTALS ISSUES” is hereby reinstated and the same members |
| are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House |
| of Representatives on or before September 30, 2026, and said commission shall expire on January |
| 10, 2027; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 284 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved May 15, 2024, |
| be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
