| REINSTATING AND EXTENDING THE LIFE AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ANTI-LITTERING EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR RHODE ISLAND PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 375 |
| passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 1, 2023, entitled |
| "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and Provide |
| recommendations for the Development and Implementation of an Anti-Littering Education |
| Program for Rhode Island Public Elementary School Students" is hereby reinstated and the same |
| members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to |
| the House of Representatives on or before February 2, 2026, and said commission shall expire on |
| April 2, 2026; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution |
| No. 375 and passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and |
| approved June 1, 2023, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
