| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES AND AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE LEGISLATIVE STUDY COMMISSION ON CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACT AND SOLUTIONS |

| RESOLVED, That the special House commission created by resolution No. 361 passed |
| by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 11, 2024, |
| entitled "House Resolution Creating a Legislative Study Commission On Climate Change |
| Impacts and Solutions” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House |
| of Representatives on or before May 14, 2026, and said commission shall expire on June 18, |
| 2026; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 361 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 11, 2024, be and |
| the same is hereby rescinded; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the composition of said house commission is hereby amended by |
| increasing the membership to eighteen (18) members, by adding one new member who shall be a |
| representative from a geotechnical, environmental management firm, to be appointed by the |
| Speaker of the House. |
