| EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE AND AMENDING THE LANGUAGE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY RENEWABLE ENERGY PROGRAMS |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 378 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 13, 2024, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Renewable Energy |
| Programs” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before |
| May 30, 2025, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2025; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 378 passed by the |
| Senate at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 13, 2024, be and the same is hereby |
| rescinded; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the resolution is amended by deleting the language “by August 31, |
| 2024,” on page 3, line 1. |
