| RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not |
| otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2023-2024 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the |
| following: |
| Senator Samuel W. Bell |
| The sum of $3,750.00 to pay the claim of Roberta D. Falocco of 3 Newton Street, |
| Providence, RI 02903 for damages to her home due to seismic shaking caused by the work of |
| contactors working for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation on or about October 10, |
| 2021; |
| Senator Elaine J. Morgan |
| The sum of $4,717.83 Caitlin R. Carlini of 3889 South County Trail, Richmond, RI |
| 02836 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling on Route 4 in |
| the Town of North Kingstown on or about November 12, 2022; |
| Senator Thomas J. Paolino |
| The sum of $676.16 to pay the claim of Elizabeth Salisbury of 85 Grove Street, Lincoln, |
| RI 02865 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling on Charles |
| Street on or about March 8, 2023; |
| Senator Elaine J. Morgan |
| The sum of $380.00 to pay the claim of Russell F. Reiss of 1246 Ten Rod Road, Exeter, |
| RI 02882 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling south on |
| Bald Hill Road in Warwick toward East Greenwich on or about February 26 2022; and the state |
| controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the General Treasurer for the |
| payment of said funds. |
