H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFECTS AND IMPACT THAT HYBRID AND VIRTUAL LEARNING EMPLOYED DURING THE PANDEMIC HAS HAD ON THE ACHIEVEMENT RATES OF CHILDREN IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 340
passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved June 1,
2022, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Effects
and Impact that Hybrid and Virtual Learning Employed During the Pandemic has had on the
Achievement Rates of Children in Kindergarten through 12th Grade” and as extended by
resolution No. 114 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and
approved February 14, 2023, entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting and expiration
Dates of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Effects and Impact that Hybrid and
Virtual Learning Employed During the Pandemic has had on the Achievement Rates of Children
in Kindergarten through 12th Grade” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report
to the House of Representatives on or before November 15, 2024, and said commission shall
expire on November 29, 2024; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 340 passed by the
House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved June 1, 2022, and
extended by resolution No. 114 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2023, and approved February 14, 2023, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
