H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE STUDY COMMISSION TO EXAMINE AND RECOMMEND GUIDELINES FOR STEP THERAPY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROTOCOLS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 410

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved as

amended on May 28, 2019, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A LEGISLATIVE

STUDY COMMISSION TO EXAMINE AND RECOMMEND GUIDELINES FOR STEP

THERAPY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROTOCOLS" is hereby reinstated and the same members

are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House

of Representatives on or before April 6, 2021, and said commission shall expire on June 6, 2021;

and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 410, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved

as amended on May 28, 2019, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
