H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO EXPLORE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GULF WARS VETERANS MEMORIAL

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 144

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved March

28, 2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Explore the

Construction of a Gulf Wars Veterans Memorial" and as extended by resolution No. 343 passed

by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 26, 2017,

entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special

Legislative Commission To Explore the Construction of a Gulf Wars Veterans Memorial" and as

extended by resolution No. 268 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2018, and approved May 29, 2018, entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting and

Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission To Explore the Construction of a Gulf

Wars Veterans Memorial" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

House of Representatives on or before June 30, 2020, and said commission shall expire on

August 30, 2020; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 144 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved March 28, 2017, and as

extended by resolution No. 343 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2017, and approved June 26, 2017, and as extended by resolution No. 268 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved May 29, 2018, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
