J O I N T   R E S O L U T I O N

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PAY CERTAIN CLAIMS

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not

otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the

following:

Senator Stephen R. Archambault

The sum of $606.64 to pay the claim of Cherel Barboza of 111 Orchard Meadows Drive,

Smithfield, Rhode Island, 02917, for damages to her vehicle when it was struck by roadway

debris while traveling south on Route 95 in the city of Providence on or about July 15, 2017.

Senator Louis P. DiPalma

The sum of $367.79 to pay the claim of Juliane Livingston of 26 Wood Road

Middletown, Rhode Island, 02842, for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect

while traveling north on JT Connell Highway in the city of Newport at or near Maple Avenue on

or about January 13, 2017.

Senator Gayle Goldin

The sum of $1,100.00 to pay the claim of Christopher Civittolo of 7 Sheldon Street,

Providence, Rhode Island, 02906, for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect

while traveling north on Route 44 on or about October 16, 2017 in the City of Providence.

Senator Donna M. Nesselbush

The sum of $300.00 to pay the claim of Veronica M. Autiello of 50 Brookside Drive,

Dayville, Connecticut, 06241, for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while

traveling west on Route 6 in the city of Providence on or about May 24, 2018.

Senator Stephen R. Archambault

The sum of $1,050.83 to pay the claim of Lorrie Goralski of 8 Pineridge Drive

Smithfield, Rhode Island, 02917, for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect

while traveling west on Route 44 in the town of Greenville on or about January 12, 2017; and the

state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the General Treasurer

for the payment of said funds.
