H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY IMPLEMENTATION OF A FOOD RECOVERY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 229

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved May 4,

2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study

Implementation of a Food Recovery Incentive Program" is hereby authorized to continue its study

and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 28, 2018, and said

commission shall expire on July 26, 2018; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 229 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved May 4, 2017, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
