| RESOLVED, That the special Senate commission created by resolution No. 364 passed |
| by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 30, 2017, entitled "Senate |
| Resolution Respectfully Requesting The Senate A Special Commission To Assess And Make |
| Recommendations On Health Insurance Issues Relating To Consumer Protection And Choice, |
| Coverage Affordability And Quality, And Market Stability" is hereby authorized to continue its |
| study and make a report to the Senate on or before June 1, 2018; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 364 passed by the |
| Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 30, 2017, be and the same is hereby |
| rescinded. |
