| REINSTATING AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 220 |
| passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, entitled, |
| "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO |
| ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF |
| CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," and as amended by |
| resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and |
| approved May 12, 2015, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION REINSTATING AND EXTENDING |
| THE COMMISSION LIFE AND AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL |
| LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE |
| EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING |
| DISABILITIES" and as extended by resolution No. 199 passed by the House at its January |
| session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 3, 2016, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION EXTENDING |
| THE EXPIRATION AND REPORTING DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE |
| COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL |
| NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," is hereby |
| reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study |
| and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 14, 2018, and said |
| commission shall expire on October 18, 2018, ; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 220 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, and as |
| amended by resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, |
| A.D. 2015, and approved May 12, 2015, and as extended by resolution No. 199 passed by the |
| House at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 3, 2016, be and same is hereby |
| rescinded. |
