| AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION ON DEFENSE ECONOMY PLANNING |

| RESOLVED, That the composition of the special legislative commission created by |
| resolution No. 316 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2010, and effective on June |
| 25, 2010, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission on Defense |
| Economy Planning" be and the same is hereby amended by changing the membership as follows: |
| The composition of said legislative commission is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) |
| members to twenty-six (26) members by adding the Director of Veteran's Affairs, or designee. |
