H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROTECTING AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE CARE FOR VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN STATE-FUNDED HOME CARE PROGRAMS

RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission created by resolution No. 232 passed

by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 11, 2016,

entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study and Make

Recommendations for Protecting and Providing Effective Care for Vulnerable Populations in

State-Funded Home Care Programs" and as extended by resolution No. 021 passed by the House

of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved January 31, 2017, entitled

"House Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative

Commission to Study and Make Recommendations for Protecting and Providing Effective Care

for Vulnerable Populations in State-Funded Home Care Programs" is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 15, 2017,

and said commission shall expire on August 15, 2017; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 232 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D., 2016, and approved May 11, 2016, and as

extended by resolution No. 021 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D., 2017, and approved January 31, 2017, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
