H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO PROMOTE THE UPGRADE OF FACILITIES USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY ENCOURAGING PRIVATE INVESTMENT IN QUALIFYING PROJECTS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 330

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved June 17,

2016, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study and

Provide Recommendations to Promote the Upgrade of Facilities Used for Public Purposes by

Encouraging Private Investment in Qualifying Projects" is hereby authorized to continue its study

and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 30, 2017, and said

commission shall expire on August 30, 2017; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 330 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved June 17, 2016, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
