H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 220

passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, entitled,

"HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF

CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," and as amended by

resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and

approved May 12, 2015, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION REINSTATING AND EXTENDING

THE COMMISSION LIFE AND AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL

LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE

EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING

DISABILITIES" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of

Representatives on or before February 28, 2017, and said commission shall expire on May 28,

2017; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 220 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, and as

amended by resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2015, and approved May 12, 2015, be and same is hereby rescinded.
