| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF "THE OCEAN STATE WORLD LANGUAGE LEARNING COMMISSION" TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF THE STATE'S SCHOOL FUNDING FORMULA ON LANGUAGE LEARNERS |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 352 |
| passed by the Senate at its January Session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating "The Ocean State World Language Learning Commission" to Study |
| the Impact of the State's School Funding Formula on Language Learners" is hereby authorized to |
| continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before May 31, 2016, and |
| said commission shall expire March 31, 2017; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution |
| No. 352, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, be |
| and the same is hereby rescinded. |
