H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE RHODE ISLAND HOUSE COMMISSION ON ECONOMIC RISK DUE TO FLOODING AND SEA RISE

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 392

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 17,

2015, entitled "House Resolution Creating The Rhode Island House Commission On Economic

Risk Due To Flooding And Sea Rise" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report

to the House of Representatives on or before April 1, 2016, and said commission shall expire on

May 6, 2016; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 392 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 17, 2015, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
