| REINSTATING THE LIFE AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY CHANGES TO JOINT TORTFEASORS |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 284 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved May 22, 2014, entitled |
| “SENATE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO |
| STUDY CHANGES TO JOINT TORTFEASORS” is hereby reinstated and the same members |
| are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate |
| on or before March 30, 2017, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2017; and be it |

| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution |
| No. 284, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014 and approved May 22, 2014, be |
| and the same is hereby rescinded. |
