| RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not |
| otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the |

| The sum of $297.95 to pay the claim of David Newman of 14 Unity Street, Pawtucket, |
| Rhode Island 02860 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling |
| on Post Road in the town of North Kingstown on or about September 7, 2013. |

| The sum of $209.30 to pay the claim of Patrick Lowell of 42 Leroy Drive, Riverside, |
