| EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATES FOR THE JOINT RESOLUTIONS RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE RHODE ISLAND DISABILITIES COUNCIL EXAMINE AND REFINE ITS CURRENT POLICIES AND PRACTICES |

| RESOLVED, That the reporting date for the Joint Resolution respectfully requesting the |
| Rhode Island Disabilities Council examine and refine its current policies and practices for the |
| adults with developmental disabilities protection and advocacy systems, created by resolution No. |
| 398, and passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved July 1, |
| 2014, entitled "Joint Resolution Respectfully Requesting The Rhode Island Disabilities Council |
| Examine and Refine its Current Policies and Practices for the Adults with Developmental |
| Disabilities Protection and Advocacy Systems" is hereby authorized to continue its study and |
| make a report to the General Assembly on or before January 7, 2016; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the reporting date for the Joint Resolution Relating to Behavioral |
| Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospital - Developmental Disabilities |
| Omsbudsperson Act of 2014, created by resolution No. 415, and passed by the General Assembly |
| at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved July 1, 2014, entitled "Joint Resolution Relating |
| to Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals - Developmental Disabilities |
| Omsbudsperson Act of 2014" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the |
| General Assembly on or before April 26, 2016; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 398 passed by the |
| General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved July 1, 2014, and resolution |
| No. 415 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved July 1, |
| 2014, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
