H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND ASSESS RHODE ISLAND'S "FAIR FUNDING FORMULA"

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 367

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19,

2014, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and

Assess Rhode Island's 'Fair Funding Formula'" is hereby authorized to continue its study and

make a report to the House of Representatives on or before April 30, 2015, and said commission

shall expire on June 30, 2015; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 367 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19, 2014, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
