REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL
LEGISLATIVE
COMMISSION TO STUDY THE PUBLIC FUNDED ELECTION SYSTEM IN THE STATE OF

RESOLVED,
That the special legislative study commission created
by resolution No.
430 passed by the Senate at
its January session, A.D. 2011, and by resolution No. 434 passed by
the House at its January session, A.D. 2011, both
approved July 12, 2011, entitled “Joint
Resolution Creating a
Special Legislative Commission To Study The Public
Funded Election
System in The State of
Rhode Island” and as extended by resolution No. 384 passed by the Senate
at its January session, A.D. 2012, and by resolution No.
323 passed by the House at its January
session, A.D. 2012, both approved May 31, 2012, entitled
“Joint Resolution Extending the
Reporting and Expiration
Dates of The Special Legislative Commission To Study
The Public
Funded Election System in
The State of Rhode Island” is hereby authorized to continue its study
and make a report to the General Assembly on or before
December 31, 2013, and said
commission shall expire on February 27, 2014; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by
Resolution No. 430 passed by the
Senate at
its January session, AD. 2011, and
by resolution No. 434 passed by the House at its
January session, A.D. 2011,
both approved July 12, 2011, entitled “Joint Resolution Creating a
Special Legislative
Commission To Study The Public Funded Election System
in The State of
A.D. 2012,
and resolution No. 323 passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2012,
both
approved May 31, 2012, entitled “Joint Resolution Extending the
Reporting and Expiration Dates
