A N A C T

RELATING TO AUTHORIZING THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NORTH

KINGSTOWN TO EXEMPT FROM TAXATION - OCEAN STATE SOCCER SCHOOL, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. The town council of the town of North Kingstown may exempt from

taxation for such period as it may deem advisable the real estate and personal property of Ocean

State Soccer School, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation duly created under the laws of this state, to

an amount not exceeding in value of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) so long as said

property shall be located in the town of North Kingstown and used for the purpose for which said

corporation was incorporated and so long as Ocean State Soccer School, Inc. shall maintain

nonprofit tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
