RELATING TO AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO EXEMPT FROM TAXATION THE REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF BANDA NOVA ALIANCA STO. ANTONIO DE PAWTUCKET INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. The City of Pawtucket is authorized to exempt from taxation, to the extent

the city council of said city may from time to time determine, the real and personal property of

Banda Nova Alianca STo. Antonio De Pawtucket Inc., a Rhode Island 501c(3) nonprofit

corporation.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
