A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     

     

     Introduced By: Representatives Gallison, and Morrison

     Date Introduced: February 02, 2012

 

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Terri Orr may join Maureen C. Lake and Robert J. DePascale in marriage within the

Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about May 26, 2012. The Honorable Terri Orr is hereby

authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
