S E N A T E R E S O L U T I O N

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE STATE TRAFFIC COMMISSION TO INSTALL SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF CRANSTON

     

     

     Introduced By: Senators Lanzi, Miller, and Gallo

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations

hereby respectfully requests the State Traffic Commission to construct and install the safety

improvements at the intersection of Scituate, Wayland, and Phenix Avenues in the City of

Cranston as recommended by the Design Study Report of September 2007 forthwith; and be it

further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the State Traffic Commission.
