A N A C T

RELATING TO THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET

     

     

     Introduced By: Senators Doyle, Nesselbush, Crowley, and E O`Neill

     Date Introduced: June 02, 2011

 

     

 

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. Deficit reduction – City of Pawtucket. - Notwithstanding any state law,

resolution, rule, regulation or code to the contrary, the city of Pawtucket may use money in its

Fire Prevention Fund, Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and Dog Pound Spay/Neuter Fund for

deficit reduction purposes in Fiscal Year 2011.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
