A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     

     

     Introduced By: Senators Sheehan, and Cote

     Date Introduced: May 12, 2011

 

 

 

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Peter C. DiGangi, First Justice, Middlesex Probate and Family Court, Commonwealth

of Massachusetts, may join Karla Marguerite Greco and Matthew Thomas Kirk in marriage

within the Village of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, on or about August 13, 2011.  The Honorable

Peter C. DiGangi is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage

pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of

Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
