A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGE

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Timothy

Keough may join Marisa Leigh Ratigan and Andrew Kientz in marriage within the town of

Jamestown, Rhode Island, on or about September 4, 2011. Timothy Keough is hereby authorized

and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with

chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

SECTION 1. This act shall take effect upon passage.
