REINSTATING AND
EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL
LEGISLATIVE
COMMISSION TO STUDY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
REMEDIATION OF
NATURALLY OCCURRING ARSENIC IN SOIL

RESOLVED,
That the special legislative commission created by
resolution No. 387
passed by the House of Representatives at its January
session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 21,
2006 entitled "House
Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To
Study The
Requirements For The Remediation Of Naturally Occurring Arsenic In
Soil" and as amended by
resolution No. 326 passed by the House of Representatives at its
January session, A.D. 2007, and
approved June 12, 2007 entitled "House Resolution
Creating A Special Legislative Commission
To Study The
Requirements For The Remediation Of Naturally Occurring Arsenic In
Soil" is
hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby
reappointed, and it is authorized to continue
its study and make a report to the House of
Representatives on or before April 30, 2009 and said
commission shall expire on June 3, 2009; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by resolution
No. 387 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 21, 2006, and as
amended by resolution No. 326 passed by the House of
Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2007, and approved
June 12, 2007 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
