H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY ALL ASPECTS OF THE STATE PENSION OR RETIREMENT SYSTEM

     RESOLVED, That the special House commission created by resolution No. 40 passed by

the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2008 and approved January 30, 2008, and

amended by resolution No. 219 approved May 13, 2008, entitled "House Resolution Creating A

Special House Commission To Study All Aspects Of The State Pension Or Retirement System" is

hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and said commission is hereby

authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before March 1,

2009 and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2009; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 219 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2008 be and the same are

hereby rescinded.
